The house is in walking distance to Hayward Field at only 1.3 miles away. It is also only a couple blocks walk from Amazon park which is arguably one of Eugene's best parks - for ALL ages! It features a water park, bark running/walking trails, bike path, large kid's play area, skatepark, picnic tables, sand court volleyball, baseball fields, pickle-ball/tennis courts, restrooms, and so much more! Walk 2 blocks to Sundance Wine Cellars and Sundance Natural Foods.
